I will update the shed once I figure out how to get the color customization to work and I can get the second light switch to work inside.

also looked in your texture folders and alot of jpgs, everything needs to be DDS format and you have alot of big texture fole sixes which could all be sized down to 1024x1024, would help your 121 mb texture folder, just some more advice.
Thank you for the input. Still in the learning phase and I know what to look for
this building needs some help with lowering the poly, a building should not be 292mb, thats the size of a 1x map, the gutters are massive poly and should be redone, even normal mapped as they are half the i3d poly, would help bring your building down some. Also I see you have my tin normal and spec, but I don't see them being applied to any material on this shed, so if your not using textures they should not be in the folder. Also if you were to use mine and legacy's stuff we ask that you give credit with every building you use it on, can easily put a contributor greened out line in your mod desc and also put us in the credits on your release posts if you are to use our stuff, you are however using Western Iowa's tin on your building, so he should be in the credits some where, your free to use our stuff but ask that you give credit or we will have to report this stuff to itcho, other then that i think its a pretty good start for your first building.
Also noticed gaps around the windows, something you may want to fix as well.
